What are the steps in our selection process?
To select the professionals who work at Etecé Publishing House, we follow a process consisting of the steps below:
- Application. We receive the candidate's application form and CV, and assess their professional suitability for a given position.
- Contact. We contact the candidate to explain Etecé's work dynamics and the job requirements in order to agree on the basic terms of employment.
- Test. We send the candidate a test similar to the work they would need to do if they joined the team in order to assess their skills and competencies. This test is paid in accordance with the current rates of the publishing house.
- Interview. If the test is satisfactory, we schedule a virtual interview to get to know each other and finalize the terms of employment.
- Hiring. If all the steps of the selection process are satisfactory to both parties, the applicant is hired.
